Website inquiries
When you send a message through our Contact page, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and communicate about requested services.
Booking and appointment information
Online booking is provided through Square. Information you enter into Square’s scheduling and payment flow is processed by Square and may include contact, appointment, payment, and service-related information. We use the information available to us through Square to schedule, provide, and manage services and related communications.
Website use and security
This website uses Google Analytics via a Google tag to understand site use. Google Analytics may receive information such as pages viewed, browser and device information, and interactions with the site through cookies or similar technologies. The Contact page also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect it from spam and abuse.
The site may also load resources or display content provided by Google and Trustindex, including a reviews widget. Those services may process information according to their own policies.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries; schedule, provide, and manage services; send appointment-related communications and forms; protect the website; and understand how visitors use the site. We use Square for booking, payments, appointment communications, and forms. We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and Google reCAPTCHA to help protect the Contact page. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Tonic Mobile Massage, its clients, or others.

Appointment-related communications
Square may send booking-related confirmations, reminders, and forms. This Policy is not consent to marketing emails or texts. If promotional communications are introduced, they will be handled separately from appointment-related communications.
Advertising and sensitive client information
We do not currently use Google Ads or Meta tracking on this website. We do not intentionally send health, intake, waiver, signature, payment-card, home-address, or appointment-detail information to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or through URLs or campaign links. If future advertising or other tracking is added, we will update this Policy and provide any required notice or choice before the new use begins.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to provide an inquiry or book online. Your browser settings may allow you to limit or delete cookies. To ask a general privacy question or request access to or correction of personal information held by Tonic Mobile Massage, email rachel@tonicmobilemassage.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity and may retain records when needed to provide services, meet legal requirements, or resolve issues.
Health care records and Texas notice
How to request records
To request a copy of your health care records, email rachel@tonicmobilemassage.com with the subject line Records Request. Include your name, preferred return contact information, and the dates or types of records you are requesting. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before releasing records. Please do not include unnecessary health information in your email.
Texas law provides certain rights regarding privacy of and access to health care records (Texas Health & Safety Code, Chapter 181, Medical Records Privacy). To file a consumer complaint alleging a violation of your privacy rights regarding protected health information, contact the Texas Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division.
Report suspected violations of statutes or rules enforced by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation by contacting the Department or calling (800) 803-9202.
